We are an in-home personal training company serving men, women, and families. We help you achieve your fitness goals, whether that is weight loss, muscle building, injury rehab, or just overall training to get in better shape. All of our personal trainers are experienced and leaders in their specialties.

At BaB Personal Training, each and every personal trainer is nationally certified from an accredited training institution. We have both male and female trainers ready to help you with your goals. We travel to where you are, anywhere and everywhere in the DFW metroplex, bringing workout equipment to you, and we’re coming soon to the Washington, D.C. area!
