What to Eat to Lose Weight Fast?
So many things in the news, health articles, so many nutritionists and food experts are telling you to eat this, don’t eat this food. You find yourself going forward, backward, left, right and eventually in circles. Thinking you got it figured out and you find out that something works but not completely. You’ve tried high protein diets, high-fat diets, drinking a gallon of water a day, you’ve even tried fasting all day, and you’re confused, perplexed and wondering what works right? I’ll tell you exactly what you need to eat to lose weight fast and for good!
First what causes weight gain? Through numerous researches, studies, and tests we’ve concluded that its a combination of extra insulin released by the pancreas, how many fat cells you have and your body type that will tell everything. First lets start with insulin released by the pancreas, whenever you eat anything your pancreas releases insulin to shuttle (or to move) macronutrients, (protein, fat, carbs) to their needed places. As you know protein is needed for our muscles to rebuild, get stronger and bigger. Fat is needed, specifically essential fat (monounsaturated, polyunsaturated fats) are needed for daily activities and survival, you couldn’t live without fat. And finally but not least, carbs are needed for energy, stored as glycogen in our muscles to give us energy to power through our day. So That is what insulin is used for, next let’s move to fat cells.
Fat cells are something everyone has, some more than others, which leads to different body types, there’s an ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph. Long description short, ectomorph is super skinny people who struggle to put on weight, this means they either have less fat cells, or their fat cells are resistant to insulin spikes (or insulin being released). Endomorph is the complete opposite these are people with a lot of fat cells or their fat cells are extremely sensitive to insulin, these people put weight on real easy, become overweight fast. Lastly, there are the mesomorphs, these are your natural fit people, seems like everything they eat goes to their muscles. Your linebackers of football would be a good example. Their muscle cells are sensitive to insulin spikes (insulin releases) and their fat cells are typically resistant to insulin spikes. Therefore they get the best body of their lives simpler. Most people aren’t complete of anything, they are typically a combo of 2 or 3 of them.
Lastly, weight gain in either body type as you see is caused by insulin spikes. Insulin spikes are caused by eating foods that are naturally high in sugar or loaded with a lot of calories. Foods to stay away from or eat in moderation would be all breads, candies, sugar drinks, fruit drinks, dried fruit, potatoes (except boiled red), pastas, all wheat, alcohol, and all rice except brown, black and wild. If you do this combined with working out (and actually you don’t have to workout) you’ll lose weight fast!
